Personalized Run Coach Training Plan

  • Let’s embark on this exciting running or ultrarunning training journey together! Your run coaching experience will include daily check-ins through your personalized training log and calls where needed, where we can discuss your plan, track your progress, address any questions, and make adjustments as needed.

  • For many of us, running is just one aspect of our lives, and various factors influence how our training should be structured. A good running coach meets their athletes where they are. I will consider all the different layers of your life and collaborate with you to develop a personalized plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

  • The longevity and success of a runner depend significantly on strong bones and a healthy body. Your run coaching plan will also include a strength training routine that seamlessly fits into your schedule, ensuring you continue to run strong for years to come.

  • Our mindset can be our greatest asset or biggest hurdle in athletics. While I am not a registered psychologist, my background in Social Work has fuelled my passion for finding ways to strength our minds, enhancing our overall experiences and helping us to achieve our goals. My aim as your running coach is for you to approach each start line feeling confident, happy, and proud.

  • Recovery is just as crucial for an athlete as training itself. I will customize the recovery aspect of your training plan to address your unique needs and life stressors, ensuring you arrive at each workout prepared to perform at your best.

  • The female athlete’s body experiences significant changes throughout the month due to hormonal cycles. I will help you to track these fluctuations and identify any necessary adjustments to your training, allowing you to reach your peak performance.

Running Nutrition support*

As your running coach, I will assist you with:

  • Understanding the essential nutrients needed to support your running and overall training

  • Implementing lifestyle changes through food choices

  • Navigating supplement information and research

  • Providing resources and information on plant-based eating, if interested

  • Discussing disordered eating and offering relevant resources

  • Offering guidance on race day run fuelling and training your gut

*Please note that I am not a Registered Dietician. For more complex nutritional needs or advice, I would be happy to refer you to a Registered Dietician in your area upon request.

What to expect with starting run coaching

Step 1

Contact me through the contact page to discuss your goals, questions, and any concerns.

Step 2

If we agree that we’re a good fit, I’ll provide you with a comprehensive athlete questionnaire to complete.

Step 3

Once I receive your intake form, we’ll schedule a one-on-one call to review your responses, discuss your goals, and begin crafting your plan.

Step 4

I will send you the initial 1-3 weeks of your training plan, along with resources tailored to your needs and any necessary referrals to support your training.

Step 5

I will review your training daily, adjust your plan as needed, and maintain regular communication to ensure it aligns with your specific needs.

  • $200 per month*

    This fee includes all coaching services. Minimum one-year commitment.
